Who we are
This website is operated by Ennature Bio Pharma Limited, Plot 2B, Sector-126, Noida – 201304, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Ennature”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the personal information collected through this website is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at connect@ennature.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a sample or ask for documents, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, role, business email address, phone number, country, the ingredients or health areas you are interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. It is used to run and secure the website.
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and from which country and type of device. It sets cookies in your browser, and Google processes this information on our behalf; it does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it

We will use your details to send you marketing communications and the latest news and announcements from Ennature Biopharma. If you wish to unsubscribe, contact us and we will remove your details from our marketing communications.
We will not sell your personal information.
The basis for using it
We process your information with your consent, given when you submit a form; for our legitimate interest in responding to and maintaining business relationships; and where the law requires it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and the UK GDPR.
Who we share it with
- Teams and group companies within Ennature that need it to handle your request.
- Service providers that host this website and store form submissions and email for us, under contract and only on our instructions.
- Google, which provides the website analytics described above.
- Authorised distributors in your region, where your request is best handled by them.

International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where they do, we rely on contractual and technical safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to connect@ennature.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will respond within the time the law allows.
Third-party sites and content
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and the publications that have written about us, and loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address when they serve them. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
